Made from Emile Henry's special formulation BBQ High-Resistance Ceramic®; the Pizza Stone is safe to use on gas and charcoal BBQs and in the oven up to 290°C/505°F.
The smooth surface is ideal to knead and stretch your dough on.
The Emile Henry Pizza Stone can be used in all types of indoor ovens including under the grill.
The glazed surface is durable and scratch-resistant so you can cut directly onto it.
When using on the BBQ place the stone on your grill plate when you turn the BBQ on so it heats up from cold.
Once heated you will be able to cook pizzas in a matter of minutes; creating the perfect production line.
Doubles up as a serving platter.
Care Instructions:
Never use your Pizza Stone directly on a source of heat (gas, electric etc.).
You can, however, use it on the barbeque grill, which diffuses heat evenly all over the surface of the dish.
For best results, make sure you close the barbeque lid during cooking.
Allow to cool down completely before cleaning.
Do not pour cold water onto a hot dish or it may break from the thermal shock.
Dishwasher safe but we recommend washing by hand.
For stubborn residue, soak in hot water and white vinegar before placing in the dishwasher.
