A new addition to the Bread Collection, the Ciabatta Baker will help you master perfect airy, ciabatta at home with it's unique moist texture and chewy inside.
The lid traps steam during baking to replicate the environment of a steam-injected oven. This steam allows the bread to expand fully, and also creates a crisp, crunchy crust.
Made in France, each piece is created individually by hand
Makes two 37.4cm loaves up to 250g each.
Care Instructions: Dishwasher safe but we recommend washing by hand. For stubborn residue, soak in hot water and white vinegar
