We have made the ordering process nice and easy for you and your customers:
1) Your customer brings the hanger tag up to the counter to be scanned and paid for.
2) You complete the order form with them, making sure you note which product they have, the colour of the patch they want, and the word they want (please note: there are restrictions around using any words such as Service or Assistance dog.

Brooklands also reserves the right to refuse any text choices deemed offensive or inappropriate.)
3. Email the order form to office@brooklands.co.nz . You will receive a confirmation email. The patch then gets sent to us and we forward it to you for the customer to collect in-store. This process takes 2-3 weeks and ensures a repeat visit to your store. (please note: you are only invoiced for the patch when we dispatch it to you)
