COOKING INFO:
100 mL Oil, vegetable ; 2 kg Chicken thigh, diced ; 1 kg KNORR PATAKs Tikka Masala Sauce ; 100 g Yoghurt, plain
20 g Coriander leaves, chopped.
METHOD: -
Heat oil in a large pot, add the diced chicken and lightly cook until golden.
Add the KNORR PATAKs Tikka Masala Sauce and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve and garnish with yoghurt and coriander.
