This wok is made from carbon steel the efficiently transmits, reacts to and retains heat and is perfect for stir fry cooking.
The flat bottom design adds stability during cooking so unlike a round based wok, a wok ring is not needed.
This Wok requires seasoning before use (instructions are included).
Suitable for Gas and Electric Stove tops (not Induction)
