This French Blue Terrine from Chasseur is a durable, versatile piece of cookware made from high-quality cast iron coated with 2 layers of enamel and a cast iron lid with a phenolic handle. At approx 32 cm, this terrine is oven safe to 180C and is suitable for all heat sources, including induction.
With a steam vent in the well fitted lid and cast lifting handles, the non-reactive and non-porous enamel coating on this beautiful piece will cook your creation perfectly then release the food in the classic terrine shape.
